Bento # 39


Persimmon on the sunflower silicon cup. Inari (stuff with brown rice mixed with furikake) and a star shaped egg. While rummaging thru the fridge, found some more of the sauteed meat from the other day...

I cheated. Both bento # 38 and # 39 were from the same day. Posted separated so that I have something to post everyday. Yes, I am silly that way... LOL!! I had one pre gym and the other after gym because I started going to the gym during lunch break for an hour. Happy for me, Emily? But my weight can't seem to go down. It is stuck at the same level.... Sorry, I lied again.... it might have increase just a little bit...

Looks very nice. Glad you're making full use of the silicone cup. Your big sis took my cups, both flowers and teddy bears to make muffin, but until now haven't seen anything.

Might help to have only ONE meal, after gym. *_^

If like that hoh, maybe there is too much carb in the rice pouches! Should have 'main meal' before gym and all the fruits after!

NVM if got slight increase (as long as you are aware of it!) but continue with the gym during lunch hour!

Hi, hope you don't mind me adding my 2 cents. Its great that u go to the gym regularly. Note that fat weighs more than muscle so if u are going to the gym but seem to be weighing heavier it could be that u are tonning your muscles!! So don't feel too sad. As long as u feel good and healthy, that should be the main point.
Pls post more bentos, am new in this too so appreciate any inspiration i can get!! :)

Thanks javapot, you make me feel much better.. but I don't really go to gym regularly. It is more like 3 days wind and 4 days rain.

Emily ah, the amount of inari for both together is about the same as my Bento # 36 leh... somemore it is brown rice. Too much carb? *Cry*

'lil sis, go chase your big sis for the muffins. Hey, how about bringing them back and make during CNY? That should be fun! For the kids, I mean....LOL!!!!

Brown rice also carb. Better eat more vegie as the fiber would fill you up.

I am chasing, and the CNY idea sounds great.... for the kids, I mean... haha...
