About bentos that I have not posted

I have been lazy... these bentos were from previous weeks. I'll still number them, not necessary in the right order.

Chicken drumstick, broco flower, carrot, mini corn and sweet pea

same ingredients again except got extra 'green ku kuih'

Top: Sauteed mock duck with capcicum and onions on a bed of lettuce

Bottom: More lettuce, onions and tomato

About oily, full of calories yummy breakfast

Just day 8 since the fateful night that Emily and I made the pact to try to move that scale (not literally) ...

After 7 days of instant oatmeal with low fat milk powder and wolfberries for breakfast... I must say this delicious mee is simply one of the reason why I am obese all my life!

There is also the mee siam...

and the nasi lemak and the roti prata and ... (sorry no more pictures!)

About something that put a smile on my face...

Donuts? Well, food always put a smile on my face... ^_* Do you know that these are the current fads? People are actually queing up to buy and the queue can be quite long. Even got TV programs about them...

But what really put a smile on my face was this.... (Rozita asked for my address so I know something was coming in the mail but I didn't know what.)

Found in my mail box this morning was a handmade card and bento belt from Rozita. How sweet is that?

Happy bento-ing!! Not that I have been doing that much. I don't know that I have been giving advise but am glad that Rozita thought so. LOL!!!

Roz, thanks very much for the lovely card and belt. They will also serve to remind me that I have to keep on bento-ing...

This week Emily and I made a pact to execise and diet. Don't know how long it will last but the above sure looks tempting right?

It was yam cake made by Fiona's mum. Picture taken a couple of weeks ago but was 'doing nothing' so did not post....

About Emily and 100Yen shop...

Emily just called excitedly. Why?

She is at the 100Yen outlet at Taman Permata (or was it Pertama?) and there are a lot of new stocks....... unfortunately she does not have the camera with her.

Quick go post in somebody's blog... so here it is! Got new bento boxes, all in sets. Cutters, etc.. For more details, have to wait for Emily to post. LOL!!
